Entrepreneur & Human-Centered
Experience Designer

Empathy. Embracing Ambiguity. Iteration & Testing. Collaboration.

I'm Liana, a User Experience Designer with a creative mind, based on the south coast of Portugal. Before transitioning into UX, I worked as a Project Manager and Team Lead, where I was involved in a €1.8 billion migration project.

During that time, I built an entire remote Migration and B2B Customer Support team from scratch, leading 20 team members located across the globe.

Additionally, I hold a degree in finance, and over the past few years, I have built a thriving community as the owner of Nambin Yoga.

Creation is my passion.

When I'm not designing user experiences, I am still creating spaces as a yoga instructor. Outside of teaching, I find peace in nature, movement, and getting lost in making art. My travels have inspired me to fully express myself in everything I do—both in my career and my personal life. Ultimately, I see my purpose in connecting with people and their needs, using my creativity and passion to deliver solutions that make them feel understood while bringing their visions to life.

My Career.

I leverage a decade of experience leading global teams to create design solutions where logic meets empathy. I don’t just build products; I build sustainable systems that align business goals with the people who use them. Multilingual, culturally adaptable, and driven by the belief that the best results come from seamless, cross-border collaboration.

My Work.

I approach User Experience Design as the perfect intersection of my worlds: the strategic structure of large-scale project management, the empathy of community building, and the flow of creative expression. For me, design is about more than just interfaces—it’s about creating digital spaces where users feel intuitive alignment and genuine connection.
